Abstract

This research recommends the necessity of revision of related regulations and systems for the establishment of dangerous goods safety management systems and for improvement of effectiveness of transport logistic in port areas. Because currently, there is no consistent and systematic single national legal instrument and facility related regulations concerned with dangerous goods delivered into port areas by sea or by land for the change of transport modes.
