FTAs are arrangements between two or more trading alliances that primarily agree to lessen or dispose of customs tariff and non-tariff barriers on substancial trade between them. FTAs encourages competition on a global level, increasing efficiency of domestic industtries, specialization within countries, availability of cheaper and better-quality products for customers. An approved exporter is an exporter who has met certain conditions imposed by the customs authorities and who is allowed to make out invoice decalrations. This authorization helps simplify export procedures and guarantees the information on preferential origin certified by the ecporter on commercial documents. In this paper, we studied authorization for Approved Exporter status and the pratical use of its status.
