Abstract

As industrialization, urbanization are galloped, society becomes complicated still more and is diversified and request about people's society is augmented for better life.

Enlargement of people's request may be trend that is increasing continuously in construction field and do continuation increase forward.

In other words, dispute with social desire enlargement may increase continuously in construction field. However, processing system of systematic dispute solution means of domestic is insufficient misgovernment yet. And institution connected with this is but permanent establishment utensil is not changed. Also, processing of dispute is ephemeral and ephemeral.

That is, is real condition that store processing of dispute without fixed system in each institution and is not utilized as effective information for analysis or solution of dispute because is collecting.

That is, classification system by architecture dispute occurrence cause is not systematic and there is no correct division and systematic D/B construction of dispute processing does not consist accordingly.

Therefore, this research wishes to propose new classification system about

construction dispute relationship occurrence cause as improvement way for

reasonable and efficient solution of construction dispute and present direction and method of D/B's construction with this.

As well as, construction dispute mediation committee composition way and

new mediation wish to present way of system full equipment and reasonable and efficient operation way of construction dispute chisel committee with D/B construction. And this treatise is considered to be utilized reasonable accommodation of domestic construction dispute and reduction of dispute occurrence.
