dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to investigate how the camping training activity of high school students has an effect on stress relieving, and to pre sent various basic data concerning camping training activity for the wholesome and active school life of the youngsters. To accomplish the purpose, this study selected 300 students as the subject of which 150 students(experiment group) were under the camping training activity at U-metropolitan city students' educational center and another 150 students(comparison group) were under schooling schedule at their school between October 4 to 25, 2006. Questionnaires consisting of 3 items and 53 questions on stress, that got through the preliminary test, were used to conduct pre- and post-test. Followings are the results of the analysis | - |

Second, in the realm of family, the experiment group had a lowered stress index compared to the comparison group, but no significant difference appeared. Third, in the realm of individual, the experiment group had a lowered stress index compared to the comparison group. Lastly, male students showed a significantly low difference in the realm of school and individual, and female students showed a significantly low difference in the realm of individual. | - |
