Abstract

Merger and acquisition (M&A) of Global logistics companies happens for a longtime,recently it is getting bigger and more diversify. Traditionally,M&A between foreign investment companies is converging business for transporation of air and land cargo type. Global logistics companies (ex. DP DHL, Fedex, UPS and so on) are constantly promoting the M&A for more efficient global transportation network.
