dc.description.abstract | Today, customers and market constantly require logistics service firms to widen the range and depth in their services. To meet the requirement, the firms have tried to introduce and to promote quality management(QM). This thesis aimed to address the following objectives. First, it placed special emphasis on the importance of quality management through the case study for quality management strategy in logistics service firms. Second, it provided the strategic guideline for logistics service firms to introduce the quality management. It stated the problems and the strategic challenges encountered while quality management had been driven. Finally, through strategic approach on quality management, it recognized the importance to strengthening service competence and capacity for logistics services. | - |
