dc.description.abstract | 선박의 대형화 및 항만의 현대와에 힘입어 해상운송이용자가 꾸준하게 증가하고 있다. 기업 간의 거래에서 대부분 활용되었던 국제적 거래가 최근 해외직구매라는 새로운 형태로 이어지면서 기업과 개인 간의 거래까지 확장됨에 따라 글로벌한 거래는 더욱 증가하고 있다. 해상운송수단을 이용한 화물의 이동이 지속적으로 증가함에 따라 이러한 화물을 처리하는 항만에 대한 관심도 급증하고 있다. 그러나 다양한 형태의 해운동맹이 생성되고, 화물을 처리하는 항만의 수가 증가함에 따라 대형 고객을 유치하기 위한 경쟁은 점점 더 치열해지고 있다. 항만 및 터미널이 경쟁우위를 선점하기 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되어 왔지만 대부분 컨테이너터미널에 국한되어 있으며 벌크터미널에 대한 연구는 미약한 실정이다. 벌크터미널의 경우 화물의 종류가 매우 다양하고 이를 처리하는 장비도 제각각이기 때문에 동등한 조건에서의 비교가 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 주를 이루고 있는 컨테이너터미널이 아니라 벌크터미널에 초점을 맞추어 서비스품질을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 전문가집단과 브레인스토밍을 통해 속성을 정리하고, 벌크터미널을 이용하고 있는 고객이 인지하고 있는 각 속성에 대한 서비스품질을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. | - |
