In the case of sea city Pusan, premodern simplicity fishery or harbor and bay space or large apartment complex of that is composition and most of near district along the coast space is possessing exclusively.

And cavitation phenomenon of Jagalchi‘s seafood market near is accelerated by extension of Pusan city area which is a policy such as Pusan rank a range of east-Pusan and west-Pusan of development strategies etc.
