부유식 수상거주시설 건축계획에 관한 연구

Abstract

As human living space being extended to sea from land according to technology development and social requirement, various Floating residential buildings are built on the sea for a safe and pleasant life. Recently in the country, the interests on the floating residential building are getting increased and its use is increased too.

However, its application is much restricted due to lack of related legal system and although function, use and purpose of the floating residential buildings are similar to that of general buildings on land and architectural concept is required for its space planning and design, architect engineers are restricted to be participated in with only knowledge and experience on general buildings due to locational and structural characteristics on waters.

As considering such reality, this is to provide basic direction in construction plan of floating residential buildings in order for architect engineers to participate in floating residential building plan more easily and systematically and to prepare social bases for vitalizing floating residential buildings through improvement on related legal system.

To do this, this study drew construction plan elements of floating residential buildings as comparatively analyzing domestic and oversea guidelines for construction plan of floating residential buildings and reviewed and summarized plan conditions at each plan element as considering locational and structural characteristics distinguished from general buildings. Also, this analyzed related legal system status and current issues and suggested improvement plan. As utilizing such results, the plan for floating sea fishing facility, accommodation barge, leasure floating residential building which are increased in its application and different in plan characteristic and legal position was made, and the basic materials suggesting basic planning direction which can be referred when architects make a plan for similar floating residential buildings with more interests are to be provided as summarizing plan characteristics at each facility in project process.
