dc.description.abstract | As the realization about the oceanic leisure industry is inculcated on the home front lately, the interest in the vessel for leisure is rising except merchant ship. In particular, we thought the power yacht to be the center of leisure vessel industry because it has very highly added value with cruise. It can be said that vessel has strong obstruction in comparison with general building because confidentiality is very high by watertight construction to prevent the invasion of water and draft. So, if air pollution occurs in space, it can generate unpleasant feeling and discomfort to all of the passenger and crew. In addition, as the power yacht holds the space that accommodates the passenger's life space such as cabins, salon, kitchen, and cabins, and the equipment for navigation like an engine and a generator within confined space, a ventilation system, prevention of noises, preventing the inflow of exhaust gas as well as preservation of agreeable thermal environment are very important so that power yacht can secure passenger's amenity. Though the study of power yacht and cruise began as the interest about Oceanic leisure has risen recently, it is hard to find the examples that examine indoor environment of power yacht by the study about design such as external appearance and indoor space planning study. On the other hand, there are several study examples about indoor environment of vessel, but they targeted on larger-scaled merchant ship or practice ship than power yacht. Or they were the study examples that aimed at marine police position vessel that had different use purpose from that of power yacht. So we have trouble in utilizing them as the basic data to form agreeable indoor environment of power yacht. In this study, we examined summer period indoor environment that is formed indoors through survey to collect basic data for creating pleasant indoor environment of power yacht. | - |
