Abstract
The development of the information superhighway has been connected to the development of education by internet. Owing to this, students can learn based on their level and interest at anytime and anywhere if there is a computer connected with internet.

However, at present, while there is the well constructed educational infrastructure, the contents for the learners are not sufficient. If teachers can provide them sufficiently, there are not problems. But there is a limit for the teachers to provide contents. It is desirable that the students also produce contents related to learning work so that they can share them, not just merely receive them from teachers, in this 'web 2.0' age whose characteristic is participation of users.

Recently, most high school students have mobile phone, so it is not difficult to see them make image contents and transfer them to their blogs or mini-home pages. In these days, as the digital image equipments are much progressed so they can easily learn image production and edit technique if only they want to do so. It will be very efficient if they use these circumstances to study.

In this study, I used UCC(User Created Contents)that became the best issue in these days for the learning of electric construction practice, which is the major subject of electric department in technical high school. That is, I made the students share and use the UCC they created by building UCC server and UCC website. With this effort, I tried to get self-regulating and active learning effect by reinforcing the student's role as a knowledge provider, escaping from the formative frame that teachers are knowledge providers and students are knowledge receivers in education site.
