컨테이너 정기선사의 정보제공 서비스 중요도 평가 연구

Abstract

유가 변동, 4차 산업혁명 기술 발달, 국제해사기구 환경규제 강화, 글로벌 불확실성 증가 등 해운물류를 둘러싼 환경변화로 정보제공 서비스의 필요성이 강화되고 있다. 선사와 화주는 운송수요와 운송공급을 기반으로 이루어진 상호공생관계이며, 상호 간의 이익과 발전을 위해 선사는 화주가 필요로 하는 정보를 정확하고 신속하게 제공할 필요가 있다. 하지만 선사의 정보제공서비스 향상을 위한 연구는 적으며, 특히 COVID-19로 인한 해운·물류 환경에 변화에 따라 필요성이 증가한 정보제공 서비스에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은 현재 제공되고 있는 선사의 정보제공서비스에 대해 알아보고 설문을 통하여 화주가 원하는 정보제공서비스 요소의 우선순위를 선정 및 종합 분석하여 컨테이너 정기선사의 정보제공 서비스 강화를 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. IPA 분석과 Borich 요구도 분석을 실시한 결과 컨테이너 DAMG 정보, 선박입출항정보, 컨테이너 화물상태정보 등 화물의 상태나 위치에 관련된 정보의 우선순위가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 타사와 운임 비교 정보, 클레임 진행 정보, 노선별 운임 정보 등 서비스 정보의 경우 현재 대비 미래 중요도로 인해 높은 우선순위를 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 위험물 정보, 냉동 컨테이너 정보 등 부가가치가 높은 화물에 대한 정보의 개발우선순위 역시 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 반면 선석배정정보, 부두 반출입 정보, 선석배정정보의 경우 현재 대비 낮은 중요도로 인해 우선순위가 낮은 것으로 분석되었다.|The need for information provision services is strengthening due to increasing global uncertainties and environmental changes surrounding shipping logistics. For the mutual benefit and development between the shipper and the shipper, the shipper needs to provide the information needed by the shipper accurately and quickly. However, there are few studies to improve shipping companies' information provision services, and in particular, research on information provision services whose need has increased due to changes in the shipping and logistics environment caused by COVID-19 is insufficient. Therefore, we suggest to investigate the currently provided information service of shipping companies and propose implications for strengthening the information service of container shipping companies by selecting and comprehensively analyzing the priority of the information service elements desired by the shipper. As a result of IPA analysis and Borich demand analysis, it was found that the priority of information related to the status or location of cargo, such as container DAMG information, ship entry and departure information, and container cargo status information, was high. In addition, service information such as freight comparison information with other companies, claim progress information, and freight information by route showed high priority due to future importance compared to the present, and development priority of cargo with high added value such as dangerous goods information and frozen container information was also high. On the other hand, it was analyzed that the priority was low due to the low importance compared to the present in the case of ship seat assignment information, dock entry information, and ship seat assignment information.
