Abstract
Recently Information Technology has been developed very rapidly so it exerts substantial influence on almost all spheres of modern society, including human's daily life and industrial fields.



Although it has been increasing exceedingly strong demand of Logistics Information Technology as other industrial parts, a field of Port Monitoring System still maintains the technological standard delayed relatively then we can't seek for a remarkable gap of functions between present technology and the one before ten years.





Still control operations have been executing depending on restricted functions of existing system, and have to be complemented intervening and executing by human at a lot of process.





In this study, in proportion as container terminal's requested handling capacity increases while international trade becomes large-scale and port allied industries have been developing continuously, It was researched the Port Monitoring System, especially the Container Terminal Monitoring System which is possible to monitor in real time using GPS and VR(Virtual Reality).





I wish it would be a little useful for improvement of terminal productivity by precise grasping of equipments in the terminal and operational matters in real time.
