아키텍쳐 분석기법을 통한 ODCY 운영모델 설계에 관한 연구

Abstract

A purpose of this study is to analyze the current business process of ODCY and to design the frame of goal process. By the utilization of the frame, this paper can derives an effective and efficient process of ODCY.

If logistics improves through innovation of ODCY, a business process in port logistics area will improve too, and this leads to expect creating value-added and increasing profit with getting potential customers. As a result, ODCY process can be recognized that it is getting more important in logistics and increase the worth of logistics flow among container terminal, shipping company and consigner.

The technique of making framework in this study is designed to suit ODCY business process by using many frameworks. At chapter 3, ODCY business process is analyzed with framework, and then some issues and improvements result. Based on this data, goal process model will be handled at chapter 4.

Focusing on work-oriented process, this study did not deeply analyze organization and operating system related issues. In addition, as the research is conducted by some certain operators, exceptional business processes of various operators weren’t considered. Even though this study isn’t the standard goal process, it makes the framework to designing work analysis and goal process.
