- Abstract
- 이 논문은 운항관리자 제도의 운영재원인 여객선 안전운항관리 부담금을 연구하였다. 현행 여객선 안전운항관리 부담금 부과체계를 분석하고 문제점을 도출하여, 이를 토대로 여객선 안전운항관리 부담금 시스템을 설계하였다.
