Since the economic crisis originated from the U.S of 2008, shipping business hasn’t been regaining from long-term depression and all the shipowners have been trying to change organizational environment.
It is time to try to get the differential advantage at shipping market through checking and analyzing the factor that makes choose various shipping enterprises, although operating shipping enterprise is in more difficult situation than in the past especially due to decline in real economy.
In this Study, I’d like to consider following two things as subject of study to do research how the factor for choosing break-bulk cargo carrier by freight forwarder have effects on customer response.
First, I want to investigate the concept of factors for choosing clearly by considering preceding research.
Second, I want to investigate how the factors for choosing have fffects on customer response and shipping company’s confidence, while offering shipping service.
Enfin, it one of the most important factors for successful operation to establish long-term relationship based on confidence with customers.
Therefore, we have to realize the environmental change of shipping companies and don’t hesitate to use marketing strategy according to establishing long-term directed customer relationship.
