- Abstract
- 해상운송로의 안전을 확보하기 위하여 해상에서 발생하는 해적행위 및 해상테러의 기존 국제적 규제와 대응사례 검토를 통하여 우리나라의 현행법령의 한계점을 파악 앞으로 나아갈 방향에 대하여 현행법령 검토, 특별법의 제정등 법제적 개선방안에 대하여 연구하였다.
