평택ㆍ당진항 선박통항과 접안 안전성에 관한 실증적 연구

Abstract

It is not only easy to manage the heavy traffic with current traffic regulations and usual manner of maneuvering in harbour area but also the traffic is increasing with bigger trend of vessels as well as the congestion of fishing and leasure boat adjacent coastal passages. The purpose of this study is to arrange the manual of safe navigation and maneuvering with contingency plan for emergency situation, also to arrange the scientific group control of the dense traffic area, ships route which segregate from fishing area, establishing separate passage which disperse the traffic jam in harbour, reducing traffic rush just after the port close by storm and foggy weather is opened in order to coincide the efficiency and security, analyzing characteristics of marine traffic environment in Pyeongtaek·Dangjin port and adjacent waters based on past twenty years experience of Inchon and Pyeongtaek·Dangjin port as a pilot.
