- Abstract
- 해양의 중요성을 감안하여 해양의 기능을 해하는 많은 비전통적인 안보위협을 억제하기 위한 국가관할권에 대해 특히 연안국을 중심으로 그 관할권행사와 관련하여 살펴본다. 이를 위해, 해양안보 및 해양안보위협 그리고 국가관할권 및 해양안보관할권 등의 개념에 대해 살펴보고, 이를 중심으로 여러 안보위협별로 유엔해양법협약상 연안국이 관할권을 적절히 행사할 수 있는지 살펴보고 확인된 문제점을 개선하기 위한 개선방안을 제시한다.
