Abstract

The purpose of this study is to give my assist for port policy of The State. And I will study the devices to strengthen the competitiveness of The Port of Busan in marine transport · port environment of North-East Asia, subject of The Port of Busan for mega hub port in North-East Asia.

This study concentrates on literature study through journal article, inside data of relation agency and analysis of preceding study.

On the result of this study, I modify Two Port plan, which is port policy of The State with One Port plan for the Port of Busan. And it can lead to the strengthening the connection between Hub & Spoke service besides it will be able to strengthen the competitiveness of the Port of Busan with the revitalization of developing New Port of Busan.
