Abstract
In order to sustain and achieve progress in the shipping company, one has to cope up with the rapidly changing world of shipping industry.



Shipping Company is striving hard to maintain the competitive and progressive power and to achieve rational operation and minimal operational cost by means of ship management company mainly, in spite of the stiff and strong competitions in the field. Operating activities of the shipping company are categorized as follows : ship possessing, operation and ship management, in which ship management is carrying great interest that will contribute to these potentials which come from crew's qualifications, requirement of states of ship's flag and cut down the cost system, even though that is not so big portion than ship's possessing or it's operation.



Generally, the condition of domestic ship management company is still inferior compared to the established one over the world especially in terms of financing and competitiveness, we have to continuously seek for improvements and overcome such obstacles and difficulties as we are trying to create alternative and systematic programs and solutions. The company should examine/inspect their marketing target to keep up with clients satisfaction and dominant competitiveness always. This research study will provide perspective company a positive and creative strategy to be taken.



This Research is supplying for basic grounding of active service marketing strategy foundation in the severe competitive market environment and suggesting needed theory and direction for effective marketing strategy of Ship Management in Korea. This research's summary is as follows.



First part is empirical SWOT analysis of Ship Management Company in Korea. It is needed exact environment analysis of Ship Management Company in Korea continuously.



Second part is empirical analysis of service marketing strategy for the Ship Management Company in Korea. This research analyzed Under this results, Ship Management Company in Korea is needed to found service marketing strategy and to excute.



Considering above two things, the service marketing strategy of Ship Management Company in Korea is not quite satisfied yet. It is analyzed that Ship Management Company should aggressively utilize effective service marketing strategy for the good results of management.
